This Privacy Policy describes how By Marlowe collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase on www.by-marlowe.com (hereinafter the "Site").

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information in our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Accounting and billing records are retained for 6 years in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Marketing prospect data is retained for 3 years from the last point of contact.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors without the prior consent of a holder of parental responsibility.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
