At By Marlowe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work.
Important information
- Return window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Item condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Report within the same 30-day window for a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping at no cost to you.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests made after this 30-day window has passed cannot be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn;
- In the same condition in which you received them;
- Returned in their original packaging, including any tags, accessories, or documentation.
Items that show signs of use or wear, or that are returned without their original packaging, may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email our support team at info@by-marlowe.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your eligibility and provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not ship any item back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, By Marlowe covers all return shipping costs — see the section below.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please email us at info@by-marlowe.com within the 30-day return window. The item to be exchanged must meet the same condition requirements (unused, unworn, and in original packaging). For change-of-mind exchanges, standard return shipping costs apply.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly, as orders placed before 3:00 PM ET begin processing the same day, with a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. If you wish to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at info@by-marlowe.com. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you may return it under the standard terms of this policy once it arrives.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@by-marlowe.com within the same 30-day window from receipt. Where possible, include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
In these cases, By Marlowe will provide, at your choice, a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs — at no cost to you.
