Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team prepares it for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET begin processing the same day; orders placed after this cutoff, or over the weekend, begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel leaves our facility.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery throughout the United States. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address to provide the most efficient service available for your location. All packages are carefully packed to protect your items in transit.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation. If you have not received your tracking details, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
By Marlowe primarily serves customers within the United States. Where international delivery is offered, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office in advance if you have questions about potential charges, as these are beyond our control and are not included in your order total.
Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather, peak shopping periods, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we appreciate your patience and are always happy to help you track it down.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household and neighbors, and look around your delivery area, as carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe spot.
If your parcel appears lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
